Sign up to be part of the retailer prize box.

A randomly selected set of retailers that respond to the survey will win a prize box. Each box will contain a set of 6 cards and catalogs from 5 or 7 Makers. Numbers depend on how many Makers sign up.

Submit 1 or submit 100 sets, it is up to you. Fees cover shipping and handling.

$5 for each set of 6 cards and catalog submitted.  $1 per entry due now, with the balance due mid-January 2021.  Deposits are refunded if prize boxes are canceled.

Prizes will be mailed in early 2021. Instructions and mailing address will be supplied after you sign up.
